Over the past few years, I have had the opportunity to travel most of the globe. Europe, Asia, Africa, Central America, North America, and the Austral Realm.
It’s hard for me to believe all that I’ve been able to see and hear. Languages with clicking. The first foreigner in a mountainous remote village in central Asia. Underground churches in China and Cambodia. Churches thriving in Sicily and the USA. Hitmen, mafia, thugs, murderers. Mothers, daughters, sons, fathers. Friends and enemies. Human-trafficking.
All of these people, places, and events have shaped me.
They have changed me.
My perspective on poverty has changed. My perspective on living has changed. My perspective on death has changed.
But one thing has not.
My perspective on God.
I AM will always be I AM. He is all powerful. He is God.
Pain and suffering are nothing in comparison to His love. This world may seem cruel, beautiful, dying, and so much more, but the answer is staring us all in the face. I AM.
He is the answer this world needs.
He is the very thing that resolves, gives meaning to, and defines our very existence.
We serve a great and wonderful God.
